Through this strategic step, MCA B.V. will continue under the new name: Euro-Chemicals Asphalt B.V. The combination of both companies allows Euro-Chemicals Asphalt B.V. to offer a broader range of specialized raw materials and provides smoother access to international markets.

The acquisition aligns seamlessly with Euro-Chemicals Group B.V.’s strategy to further solidify its position in the specialty chemicals and ingredients market. With the acquisition of MCA B.V., Euro-Chemicals Group B.V. aims to significantly strengthen its presence in Western Europe.

According to Rob Hoogland, Business Unit Manager of Euro-Chemicals Asphalt B.V., and Rick Nijhuis, New Business Manager of Euro-Chemicals Group B.V., this acquisition marks a milestone filled with opportunities—not just in specialization but also in expertise and innovation.
